沈锡辉,304永利集团官网入口304永利集团官网入口教授、博导,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,入选国家“万人计划”、科技部中青年科技创新领军人才推进计划和陕西省特支计划,旱区作物逆境生物学国家重点实验室学术骨干,“农业与环境微生物学研究团队”学术带头人,304永利集团官网入口“青年英才培养计划”首届入选者。1994年获西北农业大学(现304永利集团官网入口)农学系农学专业学士学位,1997年获西北农业大学基础科学系生化专业硕士学位,2005年在中科院微生物所获微生物学博士学位,2005-2008年为美国普度大学生物科学系博士后,2008-2010年任中科院武汉病毒所病毒学国家重点实验室副研究员,2010年起担任304永利集团官网入口304永利集团官网入口教授、博导。

长期从事农业与环境微生物领域的前沿研究,在细菌六型分泌系统的离子转运与抗宿主天然免疫新功能研究、微生物-宿主-环境相互作用机制与调控研究、耐药菌防控新策略研究、污染物降解与生物修复、植物内共生微生物促作物抗旱抗逆机制研究等方面取得了比较突出的进展,以通讯作者在Nature Communications、PNAS、Cell Reports、PLoS Pathogens、mBio等国际著名期刊发表SCI论文50余篇。获授权专利6件。曾作为主要研究人员参加国家重大专项,973,863, 国家自然科学基金等项目的研究。兼任陕西省农业与环境微生物重点实验室副主任,中国微生物学会普通微生物专业委员会委员,中国遗传学会微生物遗传专业委员会委员,中国农业生物技术学会微生物生物技术分会理事,陕西省微生物协会理事,国际期刊《Frontiers in Cellular and Infection Microbiology》 Associate Editor,《Applied and Environmental Microbiology》编委等。
